Get Ready For Our New Series of Articles on Running Form
Until now, Sleek Running has given away tons of advice, mostly centered around the following message: “If you want to stay injury-free, using good running form will help you do so. And, as little extra bonus, you’ll be more efficient, so you can go longer or faster with the same amount of effort.”
That will all change soon.
Now, we will still preach about staying healthy. And we will still do our best to hammer home the importance of good form. But, we are going to begin teaching you what good form is. Not in some vague detail – exactly what it is and how to use it, so you can implement it into your own running!
It’s very easy to make major changes in your form, but it’s also very hard to perfect without a personal coach. However, we’ll explain everything in a simple, easy-to-understand fashion. And we won’t throw too much at you. The last thing we want to happen is for you to get information overload and give up. We will give you tips on good form, that you can implement bit-by-bit. And, we’ll space out the posts so you can go out and focus on implementing one improvement to your form at a time.
In other words, we can serve as your virtual coach, helping you stay injury-free and improving your performance, free of charge.
