People get injured all the time and don’t realize until it’s too late. Hopefully, by taking a look at these posts, you’ll be able to quickly determine whether you are just a little bit sore or if you need to see a doctor.
Our goal is to help you prevent injuries, and the first step is knowing what to look for. Taking a day off and figuring out if you are injured or not is going to go a long way towards both your short-term and long-term health and happiness.
And I have to say this – don’t be stupid. If you’re injured, or if you think you might be, see a doctor. Sleek Running wants to help you as much as we can, but we’re not doctors. If you need professional medical help, go get it.
